If it's an html page you can

right click a link and 'save target as' then in the dialog where you tell it where to save, you can use the drop down list and find "html archive' or 'html page complete' or whatever it really says there...
or
if you are ON the page, looking at it in your browser, go to the 'file' menu at the top left area of your browser controls or somewhere like that, and select 'save as' then in the dialog where you tell it where to save, you can use the drop down list and find "html archive' or 'html page complete' or whatever it really says there...

but some pages won't save correctly that way. most htm, html, xhtml, or shtml etc. pages will save ok though. If your browser doesn't make you happy, try firefox... right 'out of the box' it impressed me pretty well.
